By subscribing to Pixel Arcade, you agree to the terms below. We like to keep things simple and fair so you can focus on what matters, gaming!

2. What’s included in the Subscription?

With a Pixel Arcade Supergamer subscription, you can enjoy unlimited gaming during our regular opening hours.

Your subscription does not grant access on:

  • Days we’re closed due to force majeure (e.g., technical issues or severe weather),
  • Private event days (venue rental),
  • Large-scale special events that require separate tickets (like Rhythm Fever).

3. Costs & Payment

  • The subscription costs €50 per month.
  • When signing up, you pay the first three months in advance.
  • Payments are handled securely through PayPro.

4. Duration & Cancellation

  • The subscription has a fixed duration of 3 months.
  • After that, you can cancel monthly, with a 1-month notice period.
    Just email us at leden@pixelarcade.nl at least one month before your renewal date.
  • Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless canceled.
  • You may pause your subscription once per year, for up to 2 consecutive months.
    Email us at least one month before your renewal date to request a pause.

5. What If You Miss a Payment?

If your payment is late, your subscription will be immediately paused.
You won’t be able to access the arcade until payment is completed.


6. Termination by Pixel Arcade

In rare situations (e.g., permanent closure), Pixel Arcade may choose to end subscriptions.
In that case, your subscription will be automatically terminated.


7. Age Requirement

  • You must be 18 or older to sign up independently.
  • From age 13, you can sign up with written permission from a parent or guardian.

8. House Rules & Conduct

We want everyone to have a great time. That’s why we have house rules, found at:

Violating the rules may lead to suspension or termination of your subscription.


9. Liability

You enter Pixel Arcade at your own risk.
We’re not liable for personal belongings or injury unless caused by our intentional actions or gross negligence.
You’re also responsible for any visitors you bring with you.


10. Price Adjustments

Pixel Arcade reserves the right to adjust subscription prices if needed (e.g., due to rising operational costs).
We’ll notify you at least 1 month in advance using the email you provided.
If you don’t agree with the new price, you can cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect, following the usual 1-month cancellation policy.
